My mission
Happy New Year!
This Goal blog will be cut and dry and to the point. I will share goals at the beginning—progress mid-month and all I've completed by the end of the month. I'm getting a late start, but it doesn't matter because I'm here. I'm ready to take charge of my life, focus, decide, commit to, and complete a project. This goal blog was inspired by my decision to finish a yearly challenge of 400 miles.
I was only at 320 miles on 12-01-24, and because I was determined and had accountability supporters cheering me on on December 31, 2024, I completed my 400-mile yearly challenge. That was the blueprint for me to build monthly projects that will be one building at a time, and that will give me structure. I will create a bustling metropolis of productivity, and every month, every quarter, and every year, I will have data to show what I've completed.
I've been all over the place for a long time by starting all of these projects that I never completed, and by the year's end, I'm left in the same place that I started that's defeated, frustrated, and stagnant. I will be realistic and take baby steps for each month. The goal is to complete SOMETHING because something is better than nothing. I will write my goals for the month, and at the end of the month, I will list the goals that I completed in bold text. That simple. Whatever that I don't compete will crossover to the next month.
So, it's time to put action to my creativity, give a current to my still waters, and watch the seeds of my dreams grow to a harvest of much good fruit. I love it when my loved ones and my tribe of peers are proud of me. It's time for me to be proud of myself. That's the ultimate self-love.
